I’m an Instructional Designer by profession, a systems thinker by choice, and a curious human by default.
Over the past several years, I’ve helped small businesses and scaling startups design impactful training programs, onboarding systems, and knowledge resources that actually work. I love transforming complex workflows into simple, visual, human-centered learning experiences — whether that’s through an interactive course, a clean SOP, or a fully mapped training system in ClickUp.
But this website isn’t just about the work I do. It’s about the why behind it, and the person behind the process.

I’m deeply curious about how people think, grow, and connect — within themselves and with the world around them. Outside of work, you’ll often find me exploring:
Neurodiversity and the beautifully different ways our minds process, feel, and make sense of life
Parenting as a path of self-awareness — especially while raising emotionally intuitive, neurodivergent children
Spirituality beyond labels — from everyday rituals to deep, soul-level questions about purpose and alignment
Creative expression as a mirror — whether I’m writing, designing, or simply painting on a wall, when the world feels too loud
The quiet wisdom of yoga, stillness, and trusting the voice within — even when it whispers against logic

Why This Space Exists
Because I’m not just a freelancer or a founder — I’m a person who loves learning, clarity, and the occasional philosophical ramble.
