I've always believed that the right diagnosis leads to the right solution — whether it's simplifying a complex workflow, designing meaningful learning, or making sense of a bigger performance problem.
MY APPROACH
Good L&D starts with the right diagnosis.
Most performance problems arrive with a solution already attached — "we need a training on this." My job is to slow that down. I dig into the data, talk to the people closest to the problem, and figure out what's actually getting in the way. Sometimes training is the answer. Sometimes it's a process gap, a tool gap, or a communication breakdown. The solution should follow the diagnosis — not the other way around.
