This AR-powered Employee Reward Card was designed as an innovative way for HR teams to boost employee engagement. By scanning the card with the Zappar app, employees unlock a short quiz. Upon completing it, they reveal a reward code that can be shared with HR to claim a gift - turning post-training assessments into a fun, gamified experience.
The Idea Behind It
Post-training assessments are often the part learners dread most - a checkbox exercise with no real stakes. This sample flips that by tying the knowledge check to something tangible: a physical reward card. Scanning it triggers a quiz, and completing the quiz reveals a code employees can exchange with HR for a gift. The assessment is the same, but the emotional context is completely different. It also demonstrates how a physical object can serve as a bridge between a training experience and real-world recognition - no LMS required.
