Fraction Action - Articulate Storyline Game
In this Articulate Storyline game, learners practice their understanding of fractions by completing menu orders at a pizza restaurant, with each level serving up progressively harder fraction challenges.
The Idea Behind It
Fractions are abstract. Multiple choice questions don't fix that. This module uses a real-world scenario (taking pizza orders) to give learners a concrete, applied context for a concept that typically lives only on paper.
The gamified structure and drag-and-drop interactions require learners to actively do something with their knowledge, not just recognize a correct answer. Difficulty is deliberately scaffolded so learners build confidence before the challenge increases.
