In this fast-paced Articulate Storyline game, learners play as customer service reps at a bank, racing to answer customer questions correctly before the timer runs out, and before the customer's patience does!
The Idea Behind It
Working a customer support line isn't just about knowing the answers - it's about knowing them quickly, under pressure. A standard quiz doesn't replicate that.
This gamified module was designed as a practice exercise that simulates the real stakes of a live call: a ticking timer, a deteriorating customer mood, and three progressively harder levels. The game format creates low-stakes pressure so learners can build speed and confidence before they're on an actual call. It's intentionally a practice tool, not a scored assessment.
