Angry Ringers - Articulate Storyline Game
In this fast-paced customer service game, learners must answer customers' questions quickly and efficiently in order to complete levels and earn badges.
In this highly interactive and visually engaging game, learners (envisioned as Customer Service Representatives undergoing training at a Bank’s Customer Support Center) go through three levels where they are exposed to a variety of questions related to banking. Users must cross each level by correctly answering all 3 questions they come across, while the timer ticks and the customer’s mood progressively gets worse (hurry up before the customer hangs up!)
This module is intended as a Knowledge Check/Practice exercise rather than a final (scored) assessment for employees so that they can apply what they have learned in their prior training, as well as get a feel of how fast they need to answer customers’ questions when answering real calls at the Customer Support Center.
