ConvoCoach is a working, voice-enabled practice tool that lets professionals rehearse high-stakes conversations before they happen. A user describes their role and the character they want to practice against, sets a difficulty level and session mode, and has a real back-and-forth spoken conversation with an AI playing the other side.

This working prototype, created using Claude Code, gives Customer Success reps at StreamLyft instant, AI-powered answers to product questions in two modes - a Standard Chat mode and a Live Assist mode.
